Ann was the devoted mother of Leo III (Barbara), John (Christina), Paul, Thomas (Nicole), Robert and Daniel “Andy” (Erin) Noe; cherished grandmother of 17; great grandmother of 1; the loving daughter of the late Frederick E. and late Blanche Barber; dear sister of the late Sally (late Kenneth) Williams; former wife and friend of the late Leo V. Noe Jr.; also survived by relatives and friends. She will be missed immeasurably. The family will be present on Thursday February 13, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the PERNA DENGLER ROBERTS FUNERAL HOME 1671 Maple Road, Williamsville NY where services will be held at 6:30 PM.
