Loving son of the late Dorothy and William Higgins Jr.; dear brother of Mary Higgins Enright, Marguerite (Lynette Cornell) Higgins and the late William "Billy" Higgins III; cherished uncle of Thomas Enright and Liz (Mike) Van Dyke; adored great-uncle of Aidan, Cooper, Avery and Caroline.
Jeff was a successful engineer and the owner of Higgins Erectors and Haulers. He was an avid supporter of the arts and enjoyed gardening.
No prior visitation. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at Amherst Community Church, 77 Washington Hwy., Amherst, NY 14226 on Thursday (April 10, 2025) at 10am. A reception will follow.
