Sorry I was unable to attend viewing on 11/22/20. When Louie retired from Pct. 16 , I took over his position as license man until my retirement in 1995. PO Franklin F. Palmeri

We have all been blessed to have Uncle Louie in our lives. Growing up he was always the one who brought humor and entertainment to family gatherings. If not together at Holidays, we could always expect a phone call. Later as we went our separate ways we could still expect the random call to say hi and keep in touch. Sadly, we will miss his calls to check on the weather in Arizona and our talks about Antiques. We miss you Uncle Louie. God Bless you and Aunt Noreen.

My condolences to Louie Russo’s family.
I remember Louie and his wife and daughters from many years ago when they used to get together with my parents. He and my late father were friends since high school. I am sorry for your loss.

Our family has been very blessed with having an Uncle like Louie. We will be eternally thankful for his ability to make our Mother (Lena Biondolillo) laugh and smile. With his story telling, he showed his good sense of humor, making us laugh and wonder what was coming next!! He was kind, thoughtful and caring. A good man. We will miss him everyday of our lives. All our love.

Mr. Russo was the best neighbor one could have while I was growing up in Buffalo. He always had a joke and a smile. He taught me how to tell time when I was little and struggling to get the concept! Dan & I will greatly miss him in our lives.

Very sorry for your loss. I worked at Pct 16 with Louie in the late 80’s. Louie was a gentleman’s, gentleman. He was an old school copper who knew how to take care of business. Louie was also a great mentor to the young officers. I never saw Louie get agitated or angry. His demeanor was always the same, very calm. All around great guy. Take care.

Uncle Louie will always be in our hearts. He was my Godfather and baptized me at Holy Cross Church in Buffalo. My wife Pamela and I have many fine memories of our family times together. Rest in peace, Uncle Lou.
