February 5, 2014, age 102, husband of the late Concetta (Rizzuto) Benevento; father of Carol (Philip) Falzone and the late Joan (late Salvatore), Ina Abbate; grandfather of Philip (Jane), Craig (Ashli) Falzone, Rosanne (Dale) Missert, Peter (Kathy), and Salvatore (Reneé) Abbate; great-grandfather of Annmarie (Dan) Kenny, Dr. Matthew (Amanda) Missert, Melissa (Joe) Metz, Serena, Andrea (Eric) Abbate and Shawn (Sarah) Falzone; great-greatgrandfather of Patrick, Danny and Natalie; brother of Angeline (late James) Carriero, Daniel (Lucy) Benevento and the late Pauline Barone, Thomas, James, Anthony, Michael, John and Albert Benevento; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Family will be present on Friday from 3-7 PM at the PERNA, DENGLER, ROBERTS FUNERAL HOME, 1671 Maple Rd. Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated from St. Gregory the Great Church, Saturday at 9 AM.
