To the most amazing father anyone could ask for. You taught me everything I needed to know about life. You helped me with any problems I had and were always there for me. Even though we had our bad days we always knew that we loved each other so much. I don't know what we're going to do without you. It still feels like some sick twisted dream and that your going to wake me up from it. I hope you knew how much everyone loved you and how great of a father and husband you were. R.I.P Dad

We will keep memories of Tom alive.  For example, Kyle thought to throw the first keeper fish back in the water for Tom.  Tom will always continue to be brought up for the first keeper fish, playing tennis, playing cards, at the pool table, a round of golf, hunting, fishing or just sitting around talking.  Most of the time, his name is brought up on a daily basis.  We will cry a little, but laugh a lot.

We would like to comment on all of the people who have come up to us and have expressed their thoughts even weeks after.  The comments are all the same on what Tom's life was all about.

A comment that stuck in my head that Jenny said, "Not only the number of people that came was a tribute to Tom, but to our whole family."  We thank all of you.

We would like to thank our friends, Julie & Carrie Czubinski and Jan & Chris Young for the singing at church.  We received many compliments on how beautiful the music was.

Tommy couldn't believe how many people that Kyle had at his bachelor party. He said it was more than Tom would ever have at his funeral. 
Tommy was wrong. He had a ton of people. 
Everybody loves Tom and Sherry and Mitch and Matt.

On a cold winter night, we watched Tom plow the snow at Color Tech.  He ended up hitting a light and the light fell down.  This didn't stop him, because he drove the tractor home to plow his own driveway in the freezing cold.

I remember going to Lancaster Theater with Tom to see a movie called "Ben."  This was a movie about a rat.  After the movie, Tom said that he wanted to name his first child Algernon.

Uncle Tom always asked me what 3x7 was to help me remember my multiplication facts.

I remember Uncle Tom doing push-ups and sit-ups in the middle of a living room and challenging everyone else to beat him.

He created his own "cards against humanity" cards that we used in Rice Lake this year. They were so funny!!

I remember Uncle Tom allowing me to have my Bachelor party at Machias.  I don't remember much that happened that day, but I had a blast!! Uncle Tom allowed everyone to have a good time shooting, riding the four wheelers and playing some beer pong.  He always went out of his way to make everyone have a good time.

I remember Uncle Tom's tape jobs.  I watched a hunting video and wondered what Uncle Tom had on his face.  Aunt Sherry told me he put duct tape on his face.  When I came to watch the guys play tennis, Uncle Tom had a piece of tape wrapped around his ankle or his wrist.  I always wondered how much support he got with so little tape!

I remember Uncle Tom always coming to Christmas Eve with his Grinch festive shirt on that Aunt Sherry made for him.

I remember fall turkey hunting and everyone was at the property because we had turkeys on the property.  Early in the morning, Ray breaks the flock up by sneaking into their roost and also shooting a turkey himself.  I was in my tree stand near the pond, when I saw a turkey northwest of me heading southwest towards number 6.  This is where Uncle Russell was calling and sitting.  I let him know on the radio that there was one heading his way.  Then over the radio, Uncle Tom said "Buzz stay there, a turkey is barking like a dog heading straight towards you."  Couple seconds later, he shot.

I remember during deer season, we were doing a drive from 14 to 2 where Mitch and Matt were sitting in 2 and 2B.  Uncle Tom and I ended up kicking a trophy buck right between them and they both missed the buck.  Uncle Tom was so upset and wondered how the heck they missed the deer.  Later that day, he was still upset, (didn't help that us guys put a for sale sign on him in front of cabin), he ended up taking a chainsaw and 4 wheels to the pond and cutting 3 pine trees that may have been in the way.  He also planted those trees.  All of us including Mitch and Matt laughed at him cutting the trees down.

I remember deer season with anyone getting a deer especially Mitch or Matt.  Uncle Tom was so proud of everyone as if he got a deer himself. Even if he didn't see the deer yet, if he saw me or anyone he would give a handshake or a little hug and said that we did something right today with the biggest smile on his face.  Whether a person was or was not part of the drive or sitting near there, Uncle Tom made sure us Gangloff's were a team and we made a great team.

When it was my first opening day of deer, I went to 8 and within 20 min of shooting time I got a trophy.  Uncle Tom and Ray were nervous that we could lose the deer because I lost sight of it.  So trying to figure this all on the radio and me being very new to deer hunting, I was trying to find my words to explain best where I thought the deer went.  All I can think about saying was I don't think he got behind me.  Oh I heard about this years later but ever since the only way we can talk to Uncle Tom was saying north south, east, or west.

I stayed back at the cabin one day to help Jay and Uncle Tom get hay.  I was very young at the time.  So Jay put the truck in first, I drove and Uncle Tom and Jay filled the truck up.  They were happy that I only ran over one hay bale.

Uncle Tom wore his scrubs as long-underwear, and I think he wore them under everything all the time in the winter.

Uncle Tom and I were partners for a Tennis tournament in Lancaster.  During one of the games, Uncle Tom's right elbow was bothering him.  So, he decided to start playing with his left hand.  I had no idea that he was playing with his other hand!  He was able to hit the ball just like his right hand.  It was fun watching him, as I didn't do that much at the net!

I Remember when Uncle Tom had the Nomes on the roof of Color-Tech boy did he get annoyed at that. So Aunt Sherry & I had a great idea. I bought a Nome that we picked out &had one of our extended family members Kathleen write a not I'm back & now I know where you live. We had her do this when we went to Splash Lagoon for the weekend, so when we got back it was on the back porch looking in the back door. He found it & he was so nervous after about 10 min. Or so we finally had to tell him what we did before he called the police boy after we told him you could see the sigh of relief & boy did he think that was a good joke to play being a couple of weeks after the Nomeing at Color Tech.

My deepest sympathy to Tommys' family. I graduated w/Tom & had occasion to see him at the reunions. He was always so much fun & the life of the party. Trying to make everyone laugh. His time came way too soon. But he touched so many lives in his short time.That says a lot for the kind of man he was. I hope you find comfort in that

I  rember  a  story  of  Uncle  Tom.  They  had  a  dog Tarheels,a great  dog. But  the  dog  didn't  have  the  best  smelling  breath.  So  Aunt  Sherry  bought  the dog  "Tarey"  doggie  mints,  was  in  a  small  tim  like  most  people  would   carry  with  one  big  difference  it  had  a  dog  on  the  top  of  the  container.  So  i  remeber  we  were  playing  cards  with  our  Tuesday  card  group  &  we  had  a  coversation  about  the  doggie  mints,  come  to  find  out  that  not  only  was  the  dog  using  them  but  also  so  was  Uncle  Tommy  he  thinking  they  were  human  mints.  He  even  let  us  know  he  took  a  few  to  work  &  kept  them  in  his  desk  drawer. Boy  that  was  a  hit  with  our  group, we  would  always love  to  play  with  Uncle  Tom  he  would  make  the  game  intresting. He  would take  a  card  from  his  hand  put  it  on  the  table  put  it  back  in  his  hand  &  repeat  this  a  couple  of  times  sometimes  he  would  pass  &  then  sometime  he  would  say  shoot.  No  matter  what  you  were  doing  with  Uncle  Tommy  it  was  always  a pleasure  with  great  memories.  One  more  i  remeber  going  to  Florida  with  Uncle  Tom  ,Aunt  Sherry,  Mitch  &  Matt,  &  Grandma (MA  or  Margaret)  we  usually  staied  in  a condo  same  location  everytime,  we  had  our  usual nightly  snack  fresh  peel  &  eat  shrimp (some  we  had  to  rinse  since  they  had  eggs  still  attached. We  would  play  cards  so  one   evening  i  took  the  little  plastic  tab  from  the  back  of  the  deck  of  cards  &  folded  it  we  would  flick  that  across  the  table  I  even  had  to  save  it  from  year  to  year.  But  while  we  were  doing  that in  the  condo  on  the  wall  there  was  the  oddest  decor  item  on  either  side  of  the  closet  on  the  wall,Place  matts  so  while  I was  babysitting  while  they  were  golfing  I had  to  see  what  was  holding  them  up I  laughed.  So  duing  our game  i  walked  up  to  the  place  matts  &  ripped  one  off  the  wall  everyones  jaw  dropped  they  thought  i  ruined  them  but  low  &  behold  they  were  velcroed  to  the  wall  we  laughed  so  hard  me  especally  when I  knew  what  would  happen  but  noone  els did.

Uncle Tommy always said he didn't like his birthday on September third because it was always the first day of school and he had to go to bed early.

I also remember the ski pyramid we did in Rice Lake. I was sooo scared but he kept training us and it worked second try!

One year Tommy asked for all sorts of crazy things for Christmas (baked beans, duct tape, etc). He forgot about all the things he put on his list and as he was opening everything he just keep saying "What a good idea!". I was not there to see him actually open the gift but it doesn't take much to imagine him saying that.

I'll never forget when he directed and filmed the "Twitch" video. That was a fun reunion. I remember him saying "More twitching like this" and him making these erratic jerky movements

Tommy was always so great to everyone. My sister Pam reminded me yesterday of how welcoming he was to my Mom, who passed away in 1990. He always greeted her with a big smile, saying "Hi, Betty!!!" He was a real favorite of hers, and they always joked and laughed with each other. Tommy was a live wire, the life of the party, wonderfully unpredictable, and a kind and generous man. We will miss him always.

Uncle Tom knew the budget of a college student.  He reminded us how he lived off of Beeforoni and Slim Jims during his RIT days.  One year on Christmas Eve, Uncle Tom provided me an odd-shaped gift that was in the refrigerator.  I opened up the gift and was so excited that Uncle Tom gave me the left over deli platter from his work party.  He knew the perfect gift for a college student.

 I have one more story I just remembered at the wake. This one goes back to me being probably in 8th grade. Corey, Mary and Marky were over and our parents weren't home. God knows where they were off to. Uncle Tommy was out on our property hunting when he showed up at our door saying he hit a deer and needed our help to find it. We all followed him out into the wood (it was snowing and dark out) to help him find this deer. Somehow he had convinced us that we had to help him gut the deer and drag it back to the house while he went to get a sled too. We almost had it back to the house by the time he came back with the sled. At least I know how to gut a a deer if I ever need to because of Unlce Tommy. Mark Gangloff was able to confirm my story but Corey Gangloff McElroy does not remember. I am not sure if Mary Reif remembers.

I remember a few special things about Tom...When he would come home he would always ask Sherry whats for dinner. Sherry could say cereal, soup and sandwich, take out, leftovers, some thing she cooked or a gourmet meal she made I never ever heard him complain he just was like ok that sounds great! Also he loved being our taste tester when we made chocolate...Sherry would make Tom sponge dust clusters...it was from dust leftover from the sponge he loved them..also anytime we were working on a project and we were in a pickle Tom would always be able to solve our problem...And most of all He LOVED his Sherry.

I  think  I  can  speak  for  everyone  when  it  comes  to  MACHIAS.  I  know  I  &  everyone  els  who  loved  spending  time  there  with  Uncle  Tom, whenever  we  go  there  he  will  always  be  there  in  our  hearts.  As  for  Aunt  Sherry  &  I  we  will  miss  looking  at  each  other  as  Uncle  Tom  wold  be  working  on  a  project,  & say  just  let  him  go  if  he  needs  help  he'll  ask. For  the  rest  of  us  we  will  miss  him  every  deer  hunting season  telling  us  he  will  be  putting  up  a  for  sale  sign  &  we  would  all  laugh.  Better  yet  Uncle  Tom  wold  be  woring  on  a  project  we  would  all  start  laughing  when  we  saw  him  running  around,  we  knew  the  project  he  was  working  on  was  taking  longer  than  the  time  he  had  aloted  for  it  (ex.26min.)

After reading the memories shared in this Guest Book, we know that many lives were touched by a wonderful man.  It is our hope that Tom's legacy will live through his family and friends as they share stories of his love and sense of humor. Peace be with you.

Tom Gangloff was a wonderful man who truly loved his wife Sherry and adored his boys Matt and Mitchell. I know because he was open man and he told me so all the time. He was a great friend and loved and took care of my son Matt. Tom made me laugh each and every time I was with him. He was a gift. Love and Sympathies from the Eberle's to the to the entire wonderful Gangloff family.

There are no words to express the sorrow and hurt that is endured when we lose a loved one.  Tom was a wonderful person and will be truly missed. Please know that I will be beside you every step of the way.  I love you!!!!!

The New Year's Eve game of “Minute to Win It”, Tom had to stick his nose in the Vaseline and the cotton balls to get them from one bowl across the room to another.  He found out that the cotton ball would be faster to get off by slapping his forehead.  Then the Oreo eating one, where you had the Oreo on your face and you had to eat it without using your hands.  I'm pretty sure Tom won!

When we were at Tom and Sherry's house, Mitch brought down his hamsters for Jase to see.  I‘m pretty sure it was Tom's idea to race them and he put tape on the back of one to mark it.  When he ripped the tape off after the race, the poor hamster lost its fur!

Uncle Tom well was Uncle Tom. He was a great uncle, second father, and a great friend.   He touched many and many will never forget him.  He gave me many years of great memories. Twenty years of memories at his cabin or I should say at our family cabin.  I could never do enough or say thank you enough for what he did for me, my family, and friends.

Every card party we had, Uncle Tom would be the first one at the cabin to think for a long time where everyone would sleep for the night and worrying about every little detail to make sure everyone had a great night.

The night before we hunted in the morning, Uncle Tom had his pen and paper of where everyone was suppose to be sitting and strategized with pictures for the morning hunt.

Words cannot express the saddness I feel for the whole Gangloff family. I grew up next door to Tom. Tom was always friendly to me, even if it was just to stop and ask how things are going when I came home to visit, or when he would have me help him with his weekend paper deliveries. He will be missed by many. I am proud to say he was a friend.

There is such sadness in my heart.  I can only express my love for Tommy and all of you.

So sorry for your loss. May your family, friends, and God's Word, the Bible sustain you during this difficult time.

Stacey Gangloff: I know from pictures and my parents stories that he threw the BEST Halloween parties ever!

Stacey Gangloff:Uncle Tom always asked my ex boyfriend, Andy, about RIT and engineering and went out of his way to talk to him and try to make him feel welcome. I always appreciated that.

Stacey Gangloff: Uncle Tom juggled while skiing. I used to sit as rope person in the back of the boat and be amazed as he was doing this, it was the best entertainment.

Bob Holt: Two years ago Uncle Tommy took my Jillian, Mitch, Cindy and me down the river at rice lake.  He was towing Mich and hit a wake so big from a passing boat that we actually got air! My back still hurts from it :)

Casey Januszkiewicz: I have so many memories of Uncle Tom but I'll never forget him teaching Mitch and I how to drop to one ski watersking at such a young age and always showing us how he can juggle while skiing on one ski. He was very knowledgeable and always had a lot of new things to teach us.

Julia Gangloff: The first night at Rice Lake a lot of us were sitting around the camp fire including Aunty Sherry.  Uncle Tommy came up behind her and put both hands on her shoulders and told her that he was going to bed and what not.  I distinctly remember thinking in my head as I watched this across the fire that it was so obvious how much Uncle Tommy loved Aunt Sherry.  I always like to notice these types of things because it keeps up hope in an early twenty year old lol.

Julia Gangloff: It also makes me smile when I think about how he played Beer Pong with Mitch at his graduation party against me and Cindy.  Once again Uncle Tommy got really into the game and would throw his hands in the air, like he used to do a lot, whenever he didn't make a ball.  I don't remember much about playing that night with him, but I do know that we were all laughing so hard by the end of the game and when I think back to it, it was the funniest game of beer pong that I have ever played!

Julia Gangloff: For the past few Christmas's Uncle Tommy would come over to my house to join us as we all opened the gifts.  My dad, Mitch, Uncle Tommy and me would go into the basement to play ping pong at some point during the night.  It would always be me and my dad vs. Mitch and Uncle Tommy, but the twist was that you could only use one paddle, so you would have to put the paddle down on the table quickly after you hit it for your partner to grab it.  Uncle Tommy would get so into the game and would fall into the back wall and be all over the table trying to grab the paddle and hit the ball.  He would try to explain all these crazy strategies to Mitch that he thought would help them to grab the paddle faster(they usually didn't work very well).  I will just never forget him laughing so hard when he couldn't get to the paddle or he would drop it on the floor and hit the ball with his hand instead.  These times we played are some of my favorite memories..

Uncle Tom always knew who slept over his house when he found the marshmallows from his Lucky Charms missing.

Juli Ann Gangloff: Uncle Tom always said, "you can choose your friends, boyfriends, but you can't choose your family." I'm glad God choose the family I have. You guys are amazing!

Bridgett Canzoneri Bowman: Uncle tommy always so sweet to me and my boys .. But also always shaking his head at me as to say ugh 5 KIDS and laughing at us ! Always had a sweet smile on his face ;)) he will be greatly missed !!!

Krista Bow-Palgutt: When I started to run track in high school. Uncle Tommy would tell me his old track stories. Apparently he was so good that he would lay down on the track in front of the stands wait for all the other runners to catch up with him, pass him, than he would jump up and win the race. He was always a performer trying to make people laugh.

We are so sorry for your loss.  Every memory we have of Tom is very positive.  He was a great partner and opponent in tennis when I had the privilege to play with him.  He will be missed.  Paul and Ruth Streer

My prayers are with all of you.  An unforgettable guy who made the most out of every moment!

I remember going to a Christmas party with Uncle Tom and Aunt Sherry.  After the party, I slept over at their house.  Uncle Tom was known for having a snack handy to eat after a party.  At their house, Aunt Sherry pulled out these oatmeal cookies that Uncle Tom made.  Uncle Tom baked these cookies with no sugar.  There was a unique taste to these cookies that were addicting to eat.  This past school year, I walked into the classroom and found a bag of cookies on my desk without a label.  I held up the cookies and realized that they were Uncle Tom's yummy and addicting oatmeal cookies!

Aunt Sherry works wonders with the sewing machine to fix our dresses.  When I was getting ready for my wedding, we had a problem holding everything in up top.  Uncle Tom started working with the dress to figure out how to keep everything in.  He was determined to solve the problem, Uncle Tom way!  Here comes Uncle Tom with a copper wire in his hands!  He started running the wire through the top of my dress.  I was relieved when I could bend over without everything falling out!  Uncle Tom had such effective ways of using items around the house to fix anything.  At times, his inventions were interesting to look at, but everything always worked that he fixed or created!

Uncle  Tom  meant  so  much  to  everyone  he  met  he  touched  everyone  in  a  different  way.  He  was  more   than  an  Uncle  he  was  so  much  more  to  me  he  was  a  second  Father.  A  person  who  was  always  there  for  anyone  who  needed  him.  He  was  a  wonderful  Father,  Husband,  Brother, Uncle  &   Friend.  Even with  his  little  eccentricities  he  was  a  great  person  to  be  around  leaving  you  with  great  memories  &  just  to  be  around  him  was  a  joy.   He  was  loved  &  will  be  greatly  missed.

Deer Season: Uncle Russell's gun jammed up and went back to the cabin because over the radio Uncle Tom said he had an extra gun in his room.  When Uncle Russell got back to the cabin, he walked in his room and over the radio he said Tommy, "all I see is a gun case."  Uncle Tom replied, "really Russell," of course some of us jumped in, as well!

Mark Gangloff: Also, the night before our wedding Uncle Tom (my Godfather) took Ashley and I aside and said to us, "Always keep God in your life and in your marriage." That has stuck with me as much as anything he has ever said. I believe we will all share more laughs with him when it is our time. Love, Mark

Mark Gangloff: Uncle Tom and Aunt Sherry Bates Gangloff used to invite me over for my birthday for a sleepover. We would always stay up late, shoot something, play in the hot tub and play a few games of PIG (on that basketball net in the hot tub room). For an 11 year old, it was awesome. They also convinced me to go to this dumb looking dinosaur movie. It happened to be Jurassic Park and it was amazing! As you all know Uncle Tom took good care of me.

Jane Holt: Gary and Tommy would always go into a deep conversation every time they got together. I guess they were trying to save the world.

Also, every time I would go to Margaret's house when I was younger when Tommy was in elementary school, Margaret would be helping Tommy with his homework. I guess it worked because Tommy made it to college!!!

Cynthia Gangloff: I'll never forget at Corey's wedding when he came out with one of Mark's swim caps on. He went right out in the middle of the dance floor and danced to the cha cha slide or something. 

Also every time I saw Tommy he would give me a huge hug and wouldn't let go. Once I even stayed over at his house for a weekend and in the morning he would come and sit on me! He wasn't shy about showing us he cared.

Juli Ann Gangloff: He liked to watch the show Alf and Uncle Tom would always say "Haaa...I kill me like Alf would after he told I joke."

Jenny Gangloff: I love all of these stories. He was the only one to call me "Jennifer". I will forever miss his "Hey 'Fer!" as he walked in the door.

Jane Schlabach: We laughed so hard when he did that once after one of the weddings. We were all on the dance floor at a bar after someone's wedding and he whipped out a roast beef sandwich!!! Too funny!

Juli Ann Gangloff: At every wedding near the end we would be so hungry. ... never failed Uncle Tom would pull out of his pocket a sandwich wrapped in a napkin he made at dinner with his little dinner roll.

Nancy Gangloff Bruch: I also remember that he had a dark room where he developed pictures. He had all these solutions and different techniques. I was his model in an experiment on how to get rid of red eye.

Nancy Gangloff Bruch: Tom and I were the cousins who hung out because we were the same age at family gatherings. At Rushford Lake, he rigged up a baited box held up by a stick and string waiting for a chipmunk. I eventually had to leave because I wasn't still enough. He caught that chipmunk and brought it home as a pet. I also remember him bringing home turtles that lived in a homemade pond in backyard, and an e
iguana which lived in a closet which he turned into a cage. Aunt Margaret is looking saintly right now.

Russell Corigliano: Close to ten years ago now I was introduced to the family. As a newcomer, it was sometimes difficult to find conversation during gatherings, as the family spoke amongst themselves of all the things that needed to be discussed. However, Tom was always the one who took the time out to pull up a chair next to me and start a conversation. I also remember the first (and only) trip I took out to his property. We had about 15 people that came out. Although he had several things to do to get ready for the weekend, he took the time to put him and I on a ATV to show me around the land.

Corey Gangloff McElroy: My mother in law is here and she said the only thing she knows about tommy is him finding garden gnomes on his roof. Made me laugh I had forgotten about that.

Sherry, Mitch & Matt - I know no words that will ease your pain....please know that I send my love, thoughts and prayers to all of you.

Gina Mineo Bolender: My favorite story was years ago at Rice Lake playing fishing trivia game and we were laughing so hard we were crying and Tommy was wiping his face with the old fiberglass curtains .. I smile just thinking about it ... His passing will leave a unfillable gap in the fabric of our family ! He was one of a kind! We are all going to miss him..

Corey Gangloff McElroy: I can just imagine him saying "what the hell are you thinking". He could always make you laugh. The only specific story I can think of right now, is him sitting around after my baby shower as the only guy there surrounded by pink baby clothes.

Lisa Kurzdorfer Gangloff: Uncle Tom was one of the only people who didn't ask us "what the hell are you thinking " when we bought our house lol. He told Craig he made a great choice. He was so happy for us and he loved the idea of the land... He hugged me and said that's great! It will be perfect when its done. He loved the idea of redoing it , having what we want when we were finished with a great big yard. He will truly be missed.

Deborah Lane Gangloff: Mine isn't really a story about something he did -it is a story about how Tommy made you feel. He CARED about all of us and for all of us and we all truly felt that. He wanted nothing more than for our family to be together in everything we did and to be with us. He spent his life finding ways to keep us all together, even after he was gone. He is a very special man and he will be in our hearts and lives forever.

Katy Gangloff Corigliano: I always bragged to my friends about how good my Uncle Tom was at skiing!!

Mary Reif: Yes he was always interested in our life. He always asked me questions about my deaf education degree. Then, he would tell me stories about interacting with the deaf culture when he went to RIT. He was a great story teller! Also, I loved watching him ski at Rice Lake.

Katy Gangloff Corigliano: I recently went into ColorTech to get one of my wedding photos blown up and he was hiding in the back room pretending like he wasn't there...and then he was making jokes that it took me almost 5 years after my wedding to do this...he always knew how to make me laugh! He did such a nice job on my photo and I think of him every time I look at it!! He was always interested in mine and my husband's life and we will miss him so much!!

Jane Schlabach: Uncle Tommy helped Matt build our house! As soon as he found out we were thinking of building he jumped right in- "a new project!" He loved being busy! He always had good advice and helped Matt plan the whole thing out! Even worked on it himself a few times! We couldn't have done it without him.

Judy Bowman: I remember Tommy's Halloween parties. 
One year, he came walking down the stairs backwards. 
He turned around and had Margaret's face and body. 
He walked and looked just like her.

Kelly Gangloff Canzoneri: I remember Uncle Tom swinging with me out into the river from the rope at Monkey Island when I was about 10. I was too scared to do it alone so he went with me. I felt so safe with him! Xo

Krista Bow-Palgutt: I also always loved watching Uncle Tommy water ski. He was so athletic, skilled and always ready to perform for his family. I remember one time watching him put rocks in his pockets before he went out to ski. When he passed the shore he put the rope between his knees and juggled the rocks as he passed us by. I always made sure I watched him ski because you never knew what he was going to try and pull.

Krista Bow-Palgutt: I always loved Uncle Tommy's advice on life that he freely handed out to everyone. Advice on home ownership (the problem with home projects is as soon as you finish one project another project pops up), advice on marriage (oops I can't post that one on facebook), and advice on parenting (your life is over and you will never go out again). His advise was both comical and a good doze of reality. I never forgot them.

Sherry, Mitch and Matt.  I just found out about Tom's passing and I am stunned!  There are no words that can express how I feel and I am deeply saddened about your loss.  My thoughts and prayers are with you.  Diane and I send our sympathy and condolences to you and your family.

What a shock for all of the community at Color Tech. This is such sad news….. May Thomas' soul find peace and his spirit soar with the angels.
