Dr. Alan D Green, beloved obstetrician and gynecologist who delivered 10,419 babies, died peacefully at his home in Highland Park, age 102. Dr. Green is survived by his wife, Sallie, his two sons and two step-sons, eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, by his sister, Justine Wexner, and by numerous nieces and nephews. There will be a Memorial Service in Alan's honor on Sunday, May 31, at 3:00 PM at Weinstein and Piser Funeral Home, 111 Skokie Blvd., Wilmette. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, Park Ridge.
