Bobbie Johnson, nee Byrne, 91, of Wilmette and most recently of Evanston, lL. Born in Omaha, Nebraska, Bobbie received her BA at University of Wisconsin- Madison and went on to receive a Masters from Barnard College. She taught gym and dance for several years at New Trier, and later was a substitute teacher at several local schools including Evanston High School. Bobbie has rejoined her husband of 61 years, Carl, and is deeply missed by her children Margherite (Will) Lozano, Carolyn (Terry) McNealy and Charles Johnson; she is also survived by her grandchildren Jack and Charlotte McNealy and Diane Casiello and great-grandchildren Alli and Nicholas Flores and Leo and Sophie Casiello.
Visitation Friday, Sept 30, 2016, 10 AM-12 PM at First United Methodist Church, 516 Church St., Evanston, lL 60201 with memorial service at 12 PM. Interment private.
