Elaine Light Bogetz, 102 of Lincolnwood. Beloved wife of the late Edward Bogetz; loving mother of Gail (Arnold) Bogetz Gelb, Martin (Karen) Bogetz and David (Sharon) Bogetz, proud grandmother of Jori (Kevin Koo) Bogetz, Shauna Bogetz, Selene Bogetz, Andrew Bogetz, Lindsay Gelb, the late Alyssa Bogetz, and great grandmother of Elaina and Ethan Koo; caring sister of the late Annabelle Cloner. Elaine proudly served her country during World War II by enlisting in the U.S. Navy. She was a Cub Scout den leader, active volunteer for many causes, and a perpetual student. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 20, 2025 at 11:00 am at Weinstein & Piser Funeral Home 111 Skokie Blvd., Wilmette, IL 60091. Interment Shalom Memorial Park. Shiva will be held at the funeral home from 5pm to 9pm Thursday only.
