Gerald “Jerry” Myers, 93. Beloved husband of Trudy, nee Gross; devoted father of Mitchell (Yona) Myers, Alan (Janice Lenti) Myers, and the late Shepherd (Deborah Dornfeld) Myers; cherished grandfather of Tzuri (Nurit), Vardit (Lazer), Hitzkie (Shira), Hillel (Aviya), Yizkah, Tamar, and Annika; proud great-grandfather of 11; caring brother of Devorah Myers and brother-in-law of Jack (Marge Goldman) Gross and the late Joel Gross; loving uncle of David, Michelle, Gavriel, Tamar, and Yael. Jerry and Trudy were active members at Rodfei Zedek and B’nai Jacob. After moving to Skokie, they were members at Kol Emeth Synagogue. Jerry worked as an electronics technician at Miehle, Goss, & Dexter for many years, and in his retirement drove a school bus on the North Shore. He will be deeply missed. Funeral service Friday, March 10, 9 AM at Weinstein & Piser Funeral Home, 111 Skokie Blvd, Wilmette. Interment Zion Gardens Cemetery.
