Leila Winton, née Fischler, 98. Beloved wife of the late Stanley; devoted mother of Diane (Rich) Hanik, Donald Winton, and Laurie (Larry Krupp) Lichko; cherished grandmother of Emily Lichko, Steven (Mickey Worthen) Hanik, David Lichko, and Josh Krupp; proud great-grandmother of Crimson, Grayson, and Madison; dear sister of the late Bill (Eileen) Fischler; loving aunt of many. Leila was a beloved PE teacher in CPS for many years, most recently at Whitney Young. She was an avid bridge player, golfer, and tennis player. She will be deeply missed. A memorial shiva will be held for Leila Winton on Sunday, February 27 from 1-3:30 pm with a short memorial service starting at 1:30 pm.
