Dearest Anna and family,  Steve and I are so deeply sorry for your loss.  We will always think of Moshe and remember him very fondly.  I always remember the fun we had on our trip to Germany and France.   With love, Pam and Steve Klawiter 

Moshe was one of those special people you meet through life and he will be severely missed.  We have been friends for 35 years and I am honored to call him my friend. He was of very few people I have met that valued his advice and cherished his opinion.  When I had a career changing moment where I had to make some difficult decisions, Moshe reached out to me and advised me to not take another job, but to go out on my own.  He introduced me to people that setup and changed my entire life.  I am going to miss his sincere conversations, honest advice, amazing insights, generous time, and brilliant sense of humor.  One day Moshe and I were walking on the streets of Chicago and we encountered a street begger.  Moshe gave him some money. As we were walking away, we started talking about what these people do and Moshe said "That is his job".  I have never forgot  that incite to this day.  It has made me more caring and generous to people.  The world has loss a brilliant soul.

Rita and I  were speechless when we heard the tragic news. We are both very  deeply saddened that such a wonderful man, a great husband and father, and our dear  cousin has been taken from us so unexpectedly.  His memory will always live within all of us who he touched. Our lives have been blessed  and enriched through Moshe. His memory will always be a benefit and a blessing.

Entering life we meet a lot of people along the way.

 As we go through life we are surrounded by different people. We are born  to a set of parents. Some of us have siblings. And, we slso, in most cases have extended families. This includes grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins. There is also an exteded group of relatves that we may not know personaly, but are there just the same. And than there are the friendships we make along the way. 
     This is were we make choices. Unlike a relative, were we can not choose, friends are made by choice. We hold our friends to a higher standard, not required for a relative to have. Friendship is a relationship between two people who see the good in each other and want maintain a special bond. 
      Moshe Epstein was my cousin. But more than that, HE WAS MY  FRIEND!
