I was very touched by the response to the eulogy I delivered for my father, so I have posted it for everybody to see at http://www.joeldubin.com/eulogy.  I loved my father very much and wil miss him terribly.

Phyllis and family - Norm was such a special guy. Whenever I saw him he always had a story or joke to tell and always had a smile on his face. He was a big part of the Wineburgh clan and I will forever have wonderful memories when I think of him.

Phyllis, Joel and Sara:  My deepest sympathy on the loss of a truly beautiful man and wonderful friend.  I enjoyed playing many a racquetball game with Norm over the years.  I will miss his kindness, smiling face and his endless supply of stories which he would always tell with that little gleam in his eyes.

My sincere sympathies on Norm's passing. He was a good guy and co-worker and also someone I considered a friend. 

Fondly,

Norm, was, first and foremost, a man of integrity. He was an interested and active listener, an interesting and lively storyteller, a PROUD father, a good husband, and a fine gentleman. --If heaven runs on a budget, Norman is reviewing it right now.

To the family of Norman Dubin may God give you comfort and peace by means of prayer - Philipians 4:6,7. My deepest sympathy

I first met Norm back in the 70s when I was with Dan McKay's law firm. and then years later I ran into Norm at East Bank. always upbeat, funny, happy and a great storyteller. Norm, you will be missed. Tom Jacobs, Chicago

I will truely miss those impromptu lunches and sometimes even a dinner or two as well as the delightful dialogue and genuine interest in my life that went along with the food and drink. The "Mayor of Manny's" was a very kind and special man.

In a world where being a gentleman is a rarity, Norm excelled.
