Paul was a great mentor and an asset to the traction hobby, always positive, upbeat and fun to be around, he'll be missed.

I only met Paul face to face at a few of the East Penn traction meets, but we corresponded on a number of occasions.  He was always prompt in responding to my newbie questions and guided me in the right direction time and time again.  I have quite a few of his decal sets awaiting the day when the models are ready for them.  When that time comes, I will think of Paul's kindness and patience with me.  Rest in Peace, my friend.

So sorry to here of Paul's passing. We spent many an East Penn meet, or a Panera dinner before CERA together sharing our trolley hobby.  He was a great guy!

I am stunned by the news of Paul's death. I send my deep sympathies. We met, quite by accident, 35 or 40 years ago at a Trolley Meet. I was asking a vendor if he knew where I could find a certain set of decals and his response was negative. A big fellow who happened to be standing next to me said, "How many do you want? I'll make you some." Thus began a long friendship, many Trolley Meets, and even a couple of visits to my home layout when he was here in Louisville. I just saw him three months ago! Paul would light up the room when he joined us.  He always had something brilliant to say.  I envied his skill as a modeler.  We have lost a good friend.

Sue, we are sadded by your loss of such a wonderful husband.  He was a loyol supportor of Loyola Academy and of St. Francis Xavier.  He will be miss by many.  Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

My deepest sympathies to Paul's family and friends.  I met him at the various trolley meets in the East, and he graciously agreed to make many "one-off" decal sets for me for my model trolley cars.  He was a wonderful fellow modeler. My best recollections were our group meals after a show and having great conversations with Paui.  He was a font of knowledge and will be missed by many, many friends and acquaintances around the country and beyond.

Sue-Deepest sympathies to you and your family. Paul was a great friend from the trolley fraternity. He was wise and generously shared his knowledge and enthusiasm to all of us who knew him. I missed seeing him at the Pittsburgh Meet in May, 2016 due to a family obligation. I hope Paul had a comfortable death surrounded by those he loved.
He was a regular at our East Penn Traction Club Meets in May of the odd numbered years. I had hoped to see him next year but it was not to be. He always paid a visit to my home and layout and was an enthusiastic and gracious guest. I have some wonderful decals from Paul for an upcoming model project of an Atlantic City trolley. The project will now have added meaning and poignancy. I also often enjoyed his and your Christmas card each year. Know that Paul's friends among "the trolley guys" will deeply miss him and always remember him. I will be writing an In Memoriam for our East Penn Traction Club Newsletter. Hopefully someone from your family can provide some biographical info such about his occupation to enrich the piece. I will be sure that you receive a copy-we will send it to the address where I always contacted Paul.We will forward some photos to Paul's email.
Know that we are thinking about you and for Paul, well done and rest in peace, good friend!
