Sydney Barry Levine, 65, of Chicago passed away on Wednesday, January 29, 2025. He was a very kind and loving person who cared deeply for others. Sydney was extremely compassionate, altruistic, and put others' needs before his own. He had a great sense of humor, loved life, and greatly valued his family and friends. Sydney touched the lives of many people, especially his loved ones.
Sydney is the loving child to Edwina and the late David Levine; treasured brother to Jackie (James Nugent) Levine; caring nephew to Marlene (the late Barry) Omilinsky; adoring cousin to Michael (Liz) Omilinsky, Joanna (Jaime) Munjack, Steve (Marci) Cole, and Denise Cole; and dear friend of Mike Kronenberg. He will be missed by many family and friends.
Graveside service Wednesday, February 5, 2025, 1PM at Ridge Lawn Cemetery, 5736 N Pulaski Rd, Chicago, IL 60646. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Chicago Hearing Society (https://chicagohearingsociety.org/donate/).
