I miss you Freddie.  I miss your laugh and your piece of mind. I miss Tha talks we would have. I miss hearing what is on your mind.  Your thoughts on it all.  And yea you are good people in my book.  Thoughts of you will always bring a smile to my face.

My condolences to the Family of Freddie. I worked with Freddie as a casual and he was respectful and very helpful teaching me how to drive a UTR. I am saddened of the family's loss. My father Kermit Mayer (Mano) told me of the tragedy as I was unaware of this. Freddie will be remembered by me as a true gentleman.

I’m a fellow longshoreman my condolences go out to all his family an friends Freddie was a great friend an co worker when I was learning how to lash he took me under his wing an showed me easier ways to finish the job so I wasent killing myself thanks brother you will all ways be in my memories until we meet again true union brother an friend for life

Fred, I met you in 2013 when I was staying right there in the same alley. You lived across the alley. You and I became closer friends recently and I remember when I was walking about a couple months ago you saw me and gave me a ride. Also, you put me up on game with a couple songs in my music library. You had a heart of gold and I'm very sad of your passing. Rest in Peace Freddie 🙏


I remember in the 70’s playing in Grandma Vera and Grandpa Jesse’s backyard on Island Avenue with Little Freddie.  He was called Little Freddie back then, too. I remember digging a hole to China in the same yard, boy grandpa was mad.   Miss you, Freddie.

I would like to express my deepest condolences.  My heart breaks for you all.  Freddie was my friend since elementary school.  We also went to junior high, and high school together.
