Iokapeta Sio Teofilo, age 78, of Long Beach, California passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 2024. Iokapeta was born in Samoa.

Iokapeta is survived by her son Seuseu Teofilo.

Iokapeta was preceded in death by her spouse Faafetui Teofilo; her son Joe Teofilo, her daughter Freda Teofilo and her daughter Arlene Teofilo.

Iokapeta leaves seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren to cherish her memory.

A united samoan church for Iokapeta will be held Sunday, June 9, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at External Service Location, 600 E Double St, Carson, CA 90745. A funeral service will occur Monday, June 10, 2024 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 600 E Double St, Carson, CA 90745. A graveside service will occur Monday, June 10, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Roosevelt Memorial Park Cemetery, 18255 Vermont Ave, Gardena, CA 90248.
