Avice Allen O’Neil, 93, passed away peacefully at her Wilmington home on Monday, February 21, 2011. Mrs. O’Neil is survived by her daughter, Michalann Hobson, and her grandson, Kent James Hobson. A memorial service is planned for a later date. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Lower Cape Fear Hospice.
