Donald Arthur Johns, 82, of Hampstead, passed away Sunday, December 31, 2017, at his home.
He is survived by three children, son, Ken Johns (Colleen) of Castle Hayne, NC, daughter, Kristin Lupo (Mike) of Hampstead, NC, and son, Terry Johns (Sue) of Wilmington; five grandchildren, Travis Johns, Kelsie Johns, Peyton Kalous, David Johns, and Christopher Johns; and a brother, Richard Johns of Woodstock, IL.
The family will receive friends from 6pm to 8pm Friday, January 5, 2018, at Andrews Market Street Chapel.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30am Saturday, January 6, 2018, at St. Mathew’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 612 S. College Road, Wilmington, with Rev. Samuel Zumwalt officiating. Interment will follow at Oleander Memorial Gardens.
