Geneva Jarrell Johnson

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands, Claude Howard Jarrell (Pete), Percy Johnson; her son, Claude Howard Jarrell Jr.; and sisters Beatrice Brewer, Gertrude Crocker, Viola Leich, and a brother Bud Johnson.

She is survived by a brother, Alvie Johnson; one son Billy Jarrell (Louise); daughter-in-law, Dixie Jarrell; four grandchildren, Howard (Jackie), Phillip (Lee), Donald (Maryanne), and Tammy Cheers (Craig); four great-grandchildren, Matthew Jarrell, Amy Jarrell, Sam Jarrell, and Emily Cheers; and several nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held Friday, May 3, 2013 from 6pm to 8pm at Coble Ward-Smith Funeral Service, Oleander Chapel. A graveside service will be held Saturday, May 4, 2013 at 11:00am at Bellevue Cemetery.

The family wishes to thank all of her neighbors and friends at University Place Apts. for all their kindness and friendship for over 30 years she lived there.
