Hilda Jernigan Horrell

She was born in Columbus County, NC on September 23, 1938, to the late Randle and Zera Jernigan. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Tommie Horrell; 2 brothers, Ralph Jernigan and Wayford Jernigan.

She is survived by her son, William Horrell of Florence, SC; son David Horrell and wife Kathleen of Winston-Salem, NC; daughter, Kathy Clark and husband Jeff of Wilmington, NC; daughter Vickie Horrell Mallard and husband Terry of Gaffney, SC; sisters, Gloria Jernigan Thompson; sister, Vivian Jernigan Collins.

Her greatest joy was her 11 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and her longtime extended church family.

Visitation will be from 1pm to 2pm on Saturday, November 26, 2016 at Coble Ward-Smith Funeral Service.

Funeral Service will be held at 2pm on Saturday, November 26, 2016 at Coble Ward-Smith Funeral Service with Donald Smith, Jr. and grandson, Brian Horrell officiating.

Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be family and friends

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Billy Graham Evangelistic Association.
