Jesse David Rollinson

Jesse David Rollinson, 92, of Wilmington, North Carolina went to be with the Lord on Friday, August 29, 2025. He was born on July 24, 1933, in Abbeville, South Carolina, to his devoted parents, James and Lena Mae Rollinson.

Jesse was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers: Curtis Rollinson, George Rollinson and James Rollinson; and his son Lazerick Simpson.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife: Alneta Rollinson; his children: David Rollinson, Cathy Rollinson Claude, Gerald Rollinson, Burnis Rollinson, Michelle Rollinson, Vanessa Rollinson, Glenda Connifee, Tawana Wilson, Marlon Simpson, Sharlotte Torres and Charles Simpson. He is also survived by a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends who will carry his legacy in their hearts.

Jesse will be remembered as a man of faith, family, and strength, whose presence brought comfort and joy to all who knew him. His memory will live on through the love he shared and the lives he touched.

A Visitation will be held from 12:30 pm until 1:30 pm on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at Coble Funeral & Cremation Service Chapel, 1155 Shipyard Blvd., Wilmington, NC. The Funeral Service will follow promptly at 1:30 pm with Burial to follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
