She was born December 18, 1919 in Brunswick County North Carolina daughter of the late Andrew and Katherine Frink Somersett and was preceded in death by her husband Edward Howard.
Lucille retired from Bell South Telephone Company.
She is survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held 11:00 am Saturday December 22, 2018 at Oleander Memorial Gardens.
