In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Charles Tyson.
Peggy was a line cook at Ocean View restaurant. She loved to be outside in her yard.
She is survived by her son Charles Tyson, granddaughter Holly Tyson, grandson CJ Tyson, daughter-in-law Lee Tyson, three brothers; Elmer Cummings, Larry Cummings, Mark Cummings, sister Norma Gilmore, lots of nieces, nephews, adopted girls Shelia Macon, Pam Lynch, and Tina Sykes.
A memorial service will be held at 2pm on Saturday May 1, 2021 at Coble Funeral & Cremation Service at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
