Ralph was the director we’re I worked in NJ.  Ralph was always respectful, mild mannered and professional.  I am saddened by his unexpected death and  my prayers and Love goes to the family!

Ralph was one of a kind! His light shined bright in this dark world. I am grateful to have called him my coworker and friend. His kindness and compassion will live on through all the lives he touched! Anne and family you are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. 

These photos were taken in mid June.  It makes me sad to realize that was the last time we would all be together.  Ralph we all will miss you very much.  

My deepest condolence to the DeCandia family. I had the privilege of working with Ralph for many years at Hartwyck @ Oak Tree! A true professional on every level. I still have a tiny remote toy car that Ralph gave to me on Christmas many years ago. I had no idea that Ralph moved to NC. My heart is heavy but I will hold close all the wonderful times shared. Ralph was the best of the best. Rest in the light of peace my friend

What a wonderful man you were Ralph.  A perfect gentleman and always a pleasure to be around.  The outings, the laughter and the pranks will always be remembered.  My sister Anne and your children were very fortunate to have you in their lives.   You will be greatly missed.  RIP Ralph….

Had the extreme honor and pleasure to work with Ralph while he was a team member in Respiratory Therapy at JFK Medical Center in Edison. Knew his stuff and was compassionate with everyone he touched. He will be missed.

I feel so grateful that we were dear friends and neighbors. I'll never forget all the Jennifer Drive block parties, Halloween parties, get togethers, and Ralph, Ed, Lou and Mike going on Golf trips and so much more.
So many wonderful memories.
I'm sending hugs and love to Anne and the family.  

Ralph was quite the competitor on the golf course.  He could swing it with the best of them.

We spent many years together supporting the Wounded Warriors project golf outing and always had a blast.

Ralph worked per diem at my hospital and he floated to my unit quite frequently. He was always upbeat, very pleasant to be around and a good dedicated therapist. Rest in peace Ralph, ill miss you.

Dear Anne,

Christine and I both enjoyed Ralph's company for the the short months we have been neighbors in Compass Pointe.   He was always willing to help us in any way.  I was fortunate to play golf with him just a couple of times and was hoping we would have many more outings together.  He was one of a kind.  We are here for you and your family. You are in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

I worked with Ralph many years both at the hospital and the long term care facility. I respected him so much with his knowledge and his help in patient care and in a emergency. I also bowled from time to time with others and with your husband and dad. I know sudden loss is the worst take it from me. He will be missed by many but we must remember God has a special place for people who help take care of other people!
