Scott is survived by his father and step-mother: Marty and Jeanne Evans of Wilmington, NC; his mother: Faith Evans of Wilmington, NC; grandparents: Clarence and Suzanne Evans of Magnolia Greens; uncles: Dirk (Cindy) Evans, Chris (Barb) Evans and Grant Repik along with numerous cousins.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday August 29, 2011 at Coble Ward-Smith Oleander Chapel.
The family will receive friends following the Memorial service at the funeral home.
