Thomas Christian Jarrott

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Thomas Christian Jarrott, age 46, of Wilmington, North Carolina, who left us unexpectedly on October 26, 2025.

Born and raised in Wilmington, Thomas was a proud lifelong resident who cherished the coastal life and the close-knit community that surrounded him. He found joy in the simple things—riding his Harley, spending time with his friends (especially his lifelong buddy, Craig), and making memories with the people he loved most.

Above all, Thomas was a devoted father to his two daughters, Carlie and Marisa, who were his pride and joy. His love for them was boundless, and he took great pride in watching them grow into the strong, caring young women they are today.

He is survived by his loving parents, Tom and Beth Jarrott, his daughters, Carlie and Marisa, and his sister, Tish Jarrott. Thomas shared countless happy times fishing with his dad and gathered often for family dinners lovingly prepared by his mom—moments that will be cherished forever.

Those who knew Thomas will remember his love of adventure, his laugh, his uncanny ability to always win at trivia and his sense of humor. His absence will be deeply felt by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00PM Friday, October 31, 2025, at St. Matthew's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 612 College Road, Wilmington, NC 28403. Prior to the service at the church, the family will receive friends from 12:00PM until the service hour. Interment will follow the service in Greenlawn Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor his memory by spending time with loved ones or casting a line in his honor.
