Thomas Sean McCormick

Tommy McCormick, born in Manhattan, New York, and raised in Greenwood Lake, New York, passed away surrounded by the love of his family. Tommy was a devoted husband, father, brother, and friend whose presence brought so much joy to those around him.

He is survived by his loving wife, Linda; his sons, Nicolas and Thomas Jr.; and his daughters, Annette, Amanda, and Kaitlyn.

As the oldest of nine siblings, Tommy also leaves behind his brothers Danny, Patrick, Eugene, and John, and his sisters Susie, Kelly, and Stefanie. He was preceded in death by his brother Shawn. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who will deeply miss him.

Tommy worked for twenty years on the New York State Thruway and took pride in his work. He loved watching football, fixing things around the house, and spending time helping and supporting his children. He will be remembered for his love for his family and the lasting impact he made on everyone who knew him.

His memory will continue to live on through the stories, laughter, and love shared by those closest to him.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held from 2:00pm to 5:00pm on Sunday May 17, 2026 at 1001 Victory Lap Lane, Holly Ridge, NC 28445. A Ocean Memorial will take place at 7:30pm at 1602 South Shore Drive, Surf City, NC 28445.
