Tyler Summers

He was born in Wilmington, NC on August 10, 1994, son of Richard and Lisa Summers. He is preceded in death by his father, Richard (Rick) Summers of Delco, NC; maternal grandparents, Jimmy and Nellie Parker of Delco, NC; his paternal granddad, Arnold Summers of Leland, NC and paternal grandma, Linda Pauley of Sissonville, WV.

Tyler was an avid gamer; he enjoyed his gaming community. He was a graduate of East Columbus High School. He enjoyed spending time in the woodshop working on projects with his dad until his passing earlier this year. Tyler enjoyed drawing at times, and he helped taking care of his 2 younger brothers, Shawn and Trent and 3 younger nephews: Bryan, Bentley and Brailyn.

Before both of their passing, Tyler enjoyed fishing and other outdoor activities with his granddad, Jimmy Parker and his dad, Richard Summers. He had a heart of gold and a love and dedication for his family. He will be deeply missed.

He is survived by his mother, Lisa Summers; brothers: Mason Parker, Shawn Summers and Trent Summers; sister, Megan Summers; sister-in-law, Jessica Parker; his nephews: Bryan Summers, Bentley Summers and Brailyn Summers; niece, Kinsley Parker; step grandmother, Mary Summers and several aunts, uncles and cousins who will miss him dearly.
