She was the loving wife of Frank W. Noll Jr. for 60 years he preceded her in death. She and Mr. Noll had two beautiful children, Steven and Debbie. Virginia and Frank enjoyed many years traveling to Europe
Virgina had a special relationship with with her grandchildren. She spent the last years showing a deep love for her family.
She is survived by her beloved son Steven Frank Noll of Wilmington, NC; daughter, Debbie Randol and husband Bob of Wilmington, NC; granddaughter, Jennifer Randol LaRue and husband Chris LaRue of Houston, TX; and grandson, Jeff Randol of Wilmington, NC.
A memorial service will be held at Coble Ward-Smith Funeral Home on Sunday, April 30, 2017 at 4:00pm with Pastor May Craven officiating.
