Brian was born May 7, 1970, the son of Elbert Richard Lane, Sr. and Marie Blake Lane.
He is survived by his parents; his wife, Charity Croom Lane; son, William Ethan Lane and daughter, Sarah Elizabeth Lane.
Two brothers, Elbert Richard “Ricky” Lane, Jr. and wife Michelle of Holly Springs, NC and Thomas Douglas Lane and wife Chantel of Burgaw, NC and numerous nieces and nephews that he loved as his own.
The family will receive visitors from 6-8pm, Wednesday, September 20, 2017, at Andrews Market Street Chapel.
A service to celebrate his life will be held at 2pm, Thursday, September 21, 2017, at Andrews Market Street Chapel with Reverend Jim Dunn and Doctor Jim Everette officiating.
The family will be at the home of Richard and Marie Lane.
The family would like to thank the Doctors and Staff at UNC Chapel Hill hospital for the care, love and support they gave Brian.
