In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Lois Blackwell; half-sister, Cecile Kennedy and half-brothers: Thomas Elliot, Paul Kennedy, Elton Stephens and Russell Elliot.
Mr. Stephens is survived by his wife, Ellen Craft Stephens; daughter, Stephanie and husband Dennis Jackson of Wilmington, NC; sons, Costin and wife Chelsea Stephens and Joshua and wife Ashleigh Stephens, all of Wilmington, NC; four grandchildren and two grandchildren on the way.
A Visitation will be held from 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM at Lifepoint Church on Saturday, February 20, 2021. The Funeral Service will immediately follow at 1:30 PM with Dennis Jackson officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park with Military Honors.
