Joe loved to trout fish, loved playing pool, built cars to drag race and loved bowling.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 57 years Carol June Livingstone Biegel of the home, three daughters; Grace McFalls and her husband Dennis of Raleigh, Jo Ann Driscole and her husband Trey of Providence Forge, VA and Carolyn Smith and her husband Jeff of Hesperia, CA, a brother Alan Biegel and his wife Vickie of Fuquay Varina, three sisters; Roberta “Bobbie” Massey of Knightdale, Flora “Flo” Emerson of Grafton, VA and Robyn Creevy and her husband Tommy of Centereach, Long Island, NY, grandchildren; Britney Biegel of Charlotte, Emily Smith of Flagstaff, AZ and Trey Driscole of Providence Forge, VA.
Services will be at daughter’s home in Providence Forge, VA.
