Kenneth Douglas Long, 63, of Elm City passed away Thursday. Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 p.m. Sunday, December 10, 2017, at Thomas-Yelverton Funeral Home, 2704 Nash St. N, Wilson. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends Sunday, from 2:00 – 2:45 p.m., prior to the service, at the funeral home.
Kenneth was a longtime member of Thompson Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Surviving are his wife, Leslie Kay Long; one daughter, Lori Long Bradbury (Wayne) of Nashville; one granddaughter, Olivia Noelle Bradbury of Nashville; mother-in-law, Blanche Butts of Wilson; and a sister-in-law, Barbara Morgan (Tim) of Lucama.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Douglas and Doris Skinner Long.
