Sheila was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and aunt and will be missed by all who knew her. She loved to go out and eat, loved going to the beach and the mountains with her family. She was a wonderful nurse for 50 years after attending the Wilson School of Nursing. She loved laughing and joking with her family and friends.
Left to cherish her memory is her sons, Tracy Seabright and his wife Melissa of Lucama and Terry Allen Seabright of Southport, her brother Wiley Carlos “Sonny” Gardner and his wife Dale of Wilson, her sister Cheryl Gardner of Oak Island, her granddaughters, Kaitlin Strickland and her husband Zack of Goldsboro and Kaysie Seabright of Wilson, her great grandchildren Kennedy Seabright, Caroline Seabright, Ensley Aranda and one on the way, her nephew Adam Gardner and his wife Jona, her niece Alicia Thompson and her husband Chris and her adopted family Pameula Sue Johnson.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, May 11, 2024 at 3 PM in Kenly Cemetery, Kenly NC with Judy Ingram officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the graveside.
