Billy Ray Heinlein, of Winder, passed away on January 15, 2026, at the age of 70. Billy was born in Hawthorne, CA to the late Billy Ray and Norita Lee. He was employed at Mall of Georgia Ford. He enjoyed playing the drums, golfing, and racing.
Billy is survived by his daughter, Jennifer (Matt) Sarandos; step-mother, Sandee Bewley; fiancée Joan Elvis; brothers: Robert Bewley and David Bewley; and sisters: Deborah Gonzalez and Tamara Rivera.
A private service will be held. Smith Funeral Home in Winder, GA, has charge of arrangements.
