He is predeceased by his parents, Berry and Valley Casper, and brothers Larry and Ricky Casper.
He is survived by his son, Jason Parker (Dawn); daughter, Taylor Casper; brothers: Terry Casper (Thersa) and Randy Casper; sisters: Louise Allen (Ricky), Regina Sutton (Steve), Patsy Casper, Peggy Cantrell (Jeff), and Deborah Cantrell (Russell); grandchildren: Colton Parker (Shelbi) and Garrett Parker; four great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on February 6, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Smith Funeral Home, 755 Atlanta Hwy SE, Winder, Georgia. The funeral service will follow in Smith Memory Chapel at 3:00 pm. Burial will be at Delay Cemetery in Statham, Georgia.
