Mrs. Caroline Laura Shepley

Caroline L. Shepley, age 91, passed away on Tuesday June 7, 2016. Our precious Mom has gone to be with her Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ. Though our hearts have never been as broken as they are now, we rejoice in the assurance that she is now well and forever happy. If a women’s greatness is measured by her love for her Savior & Lord, her love for her husband, her love for her children & family, her commitment to a pure and holy life, her relentless prayer life and sharing of her faith, then our Mom was a Great Women during her time on this earth. She has left a great legacy to her loved ones. Mrs. Shepley was the daughter of the late Stanley and Edith Bartoli Warsaw.

Funeral services will be held Thursday June 9, 2016 at 4:00pm at Smith Memory Chapel. Rev. Roland Shepley and Rev. Donnie Pennington will officiate. Burial will be private at Barrow Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include her husband of 72 years Blaine Lowell Shepley of Winder, Ga.; children; Lowell (Jane) Shepley of Perry, GA., Ron (Lisa) Shepley of Braselton, Ga., Roland (Karen) Shepley of Greensboro, NC, David (Debbie) Shepley of Dothan, Ala., and Karen (Alan) Gamblin of Winder, Ga.; sisters; Dolly Cummings and Dolores Cosetino; 19 grandchildren and 39 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 1:00pm-3:30pm Thursday at the funeral home.
