

With deep sorrow and profound love, we announce the passing of Elijah Abney Ndiaye, born on February 10, 2003, in Atlanta, GA and raised in Barrow County. Elijah departed this life on December 1, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, laughter, love and music that will never be forgotten.
Elijah was a loving and caring soul with a rare ability to make others feel valued and important. His humor could brighten even the darkest days and his presence brought comfort, warmth, and a sense of belonging to everyone around him. A talented musician, Elijah expressed his heart and mind through his music, touching lives with every song he wrote.
He was a devoted friend, son, grandson, brother, and an extraordinary uncle who always showed up with love, support, and joy. His family meant everything to him, and the bond he shared with them will forever be cherished.
Elijah is survived by his mother, Amy Abney Ndiaye; his brother, Isaiah (Zcoria Little) Abney; grandparents: Rodney Abney, Sr. and Reda Abney; beloved nieces: Haylynn and Amethyst; nephew, Zayden; his loyal dog, Vida, who was always by his side; and his father, Moussa Ndiaye. Each of them carries a piece of his heart and will continue to honor his memory every day.
A Memorial Service honoring Elijah's life will be held at Smith Memory Chapel, 755 Atlanta Hwy SE, Winder, GA on December 12, 2025, at 3:00 pm.
Though Elijah's life ended far too soon, the love he shared, the moments he gave, and the lives he touched will continue to echo through all who knew him. His memory will forever shine brightly in our hearts.
