Born in Walton County, she was a member of Chapel Christian Church and she retired from Cherokee Mfg. Co. Her parents, Giles and Ada Doggett McElroy, husband, Barrow Williams, and son, Max Williams preceded her in death. Nieces and nephews survive her.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 8, 2011 from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. at Smith Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday, December 9, 2011 in Smith Memory Chapel with Rev. Jim Stephens officiating. Interment will be in Barrow Memorial Gardens.
