Kenneth 'Kenny" Wayne Casper, age 68, passed away on November 20, 2025. He was born in Winder, GA to the late Bobby Joe and Doris Casper. He was employed with Johns Manville for 42 years. When not working, Kenny loved cooking, camping, music, and going to the mountains and the beach. He was a member of 12 Stone Church in Lawrenceville.
In addition to his parents, Kenny was predeceased by his first wife, Nancy Casper, and his son, Bobby Chance Casper.
Kenny is survived by his wife of five years, Cathy Edwards Casper; son, Matthew Kenneth (Cassidy Tiller) Casper of Ringgold, GA; daughter, Lana Jo (Sandy Stowell) Casper of Rancho Cordova, CA; brother, Steve (Rose Marie) Casper of Dixon, MO; and two grandchildren: Kinley Casper and Brenna Casper.
A Visitation for family and friends will be held at Smith Funeral Home, 755 Atlanta Hwy SE, Winder, GA on Saturday, December 6, 2025 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm. There will be a Celebration of Life Service at 2:00 pm in Smith Memory Chapel with a reception to follow.
