
Norman Alman "Bob" Duncan, Jr., age 84, of Winder, GA, passed away on Thursday, February 28, 2013. He was a 1945 graduate of Winder Barrow High School and a member of Winder First Baptist Church. Mr. Duncan was a WWII Veteran and retired from Lockheed Aircraft. He travelled extensively and lived overseas before returning to his roots in Winder. He is beloved by his children and grandchildren. Mr. Duncan was preceded in death by his wife, Margie C. Duncan; and his parents, Norman Alman Duncan, Sr. and Laura L. Kinney Duncan. He is survived by his sons, Charlie (Ellen) Duncan of San Antonio, TX and Chris (Beth) Duncan of Columbia, SC; his daughters, Connie (Nick) Craft of Douglasville, GA and Catie (Tracy) Bonner of Fort Mill, SC; 12 grandchildren, Catherine Branch, Teddy Craft, Greg Duncan, Lauren Duncan, Rachel Bonner, Caleb Bonner, Matthew Bonner, Michael Bonner, Adam Duncan, Mike Duncan, Cassidy Reeh, and Tanner Reeh; and five great-grandchildren, Jackson Craft, Riley Craft, Abigail Branch, Jake Branch, and Rylann Bonner. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 3, 2013 at 4:00 pm at Winder First Baptist Church with Dr. John Talley officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that a memorial contribution be made to Winder First Baptist Church, 625 Jefferson Hwy., Winder, GA 30680.
