Owen “Pancho” Gresham, age 75, of Statham, GA, died July 2, 2014. He is preceded in death by his parents, Hoke and Ora Wall Gresham, and son, Dennis Mitchell Gresham. He was a retired engineer with the Georgia Department of Transportation and a member of Midway Christian Church. Mr. Gresham is survived by his wife, Joanne Gresham; daughters, Michelle (Jeff) Lipscomb, and Pamela Foster; grandchildren, Alex Foster, Ian and Scott Lipscomb; brother, Philip Gresham, sisters, Sarah Peeples, Syble McDaniel, and Pat Thornton. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 pm just prior to the funeral services at 4:00 p.m., Saturday, July 5, 2014, at Smith Memory Chapel. Rev. John Burchfield will officiate and interment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. Smith Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
