Mr. Casper is preceded in death by his parents Dave and Beulah Collins Casper; son, Tony Casper; and Brothers Jack, R.B., Lester (Leck), and Ray (Tom) Casper; and sister Valley Casper.
Mr. Casper is survived by his wife of 68 years, Mrs. Peggy M. Casper of Winder; Daughter, Joyce (Ricky) Brown of Jefferson; Brother, Rob Casper of Winder; and Sisters, Ruby Harrison of Auburn and Johnnie Ruth Barrett of Auburn.
The Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, April 17, 2016 at 1:00 PM from the Smith Memory Chapel with the Rev. Al Garvin officiating. The family will be receiving friends from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at the funeral home prior to the service. Burial will follow the service at Barrow Memorial Gardens.
