William “Scotty” Scott Howard, age 54 of Winder, passed away Thursday, December 18, 2014. He was a member of The Winder First United Methodist Church. He is survived by his parents, William Ellis and Mary Nell McDonald Howard; a son, Christopher Scott Howard of Winder; a daughter, Lesley Kay Howard of Jefferson; two sisters, Wanda Gail Long of Watkinsville and Cindy Howard Stephens of Statham and five grandchildren, Emmi, Thomas and Mallory Kate Howard, KayLee Hollis and Addison Kerr. Visitation will be from 2 until 4PM Saturday, December 20, 2014 at Smith Funeral Home, Winder, GA, funeral services will follow at 4PM in the funeral home chapel. Donations may be made to The Winder First Methodist Church Men’s Fellowship Education Fund.
