Passed away peacefully in her 83rd year on Monday, January 28, 2013, surrounded by her family at Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Ewan MacKay (2005). Dear sister of Margaret Wenhardt & her husband Paul and the late Joe Studer (2005) & his wife Ann. Dear aunt of Andy Wenhardt & his wife Marlene, Linda Holder & her husband Tom, Lorie Studer, Ted Studer as well as many great nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service to celebrate Elizabeth’s life will be held at the Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 895 Ouellette Avenue (519) 254-3223 on Saturday, February 9, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Elizabeth’s family would like to thank all the dedicated nurses at the Hotel-Dieu Grace Hospital, especially those on the 7th floor, who provided loving care and support to her during her stay. If desired, memorial donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of your choice in memory of Elizabeth would be appreciated by the family.
