Jeff, John and David,
My condolences. Thinking of your Mum, I remember days playing hockey in the backyard, she often at the window watching. I remember rumbles in the basement and she would let it go on and on. I remember track meets at the beach, baseball games on the street, football in the field behind the Webers and war in the backyards. We had a "Q" before Star Trek. Dear Jeff, John and David,
I am sorry to hear that your mother has passed away.  My father saved the notice from the Windsor Star as I was travelling in Europe with my mother at the time.  Your mother was a wonderful and loyal person and appears to have grown more beautiful over the years.  I will keep her in my prayers.

Madge was such a wonderful, warm lady and a great friend to my Mother! During my last visit home we went to lunch at a tea room and her sense of humour made the day! She will be truly missed by many. My thoughts are with all who loved her.

Jon and I and the girls are so sorry to hear of your Mom's death. She was such fun, a good sport and loved to talk about her boys and  grandchildren. I have many fond memories beginning when you lived on Jefferson and including happy times in Deland. She and your Dad had lots of fun, and they both shared a keen sense of humour.

John (Brenda) and Jordan family, The service was beautiful....the hymns were beautiful... a beautiful setting for a beautiful person. My mom has always spoken very highly of your mom! You and family are in our thoughts and prayers...John, we all felt your heart ache today and we are crying with you, we are here for you...time,family, friends and love will heal your heart. Your moms spirit will truly always live on through you, family and all who knew her.

Jeff, John and David, your mother is now with her dear husband Fred and brother Robert in Heaven. Mrs.Jordan was such a gracious lady who did her very best for all of you. My prayers are for Madge.  Many happy memories for me to cherish growing up with The Jordan Family. How I wish to turn back the hands of time. Paul Dignan and kin.

I am so sorry that I cannot attend the service for Madge as I am in Alberta this summer.  Madge was always so warm and friendly to me and sincerely interested in our lives.  You knew Madge was in church when, 3 rows from the front on the left hand side you saw the only lady in church wearing a hat!
A mutual friend and a co social worker with Madge told me years ago that Madge was the only one she went to when she could not find a foster family for a child.  She said in 20 minutes Madge would find the perfect family for a distressed child.
My sincere sympathy to each of you and what happy memories I have of having had Madge in my life.

To Jeff, I only met your mother once, recently while waiting for the elevator in the Bayview. She was so engaging and friendly, I felt I had known her for years. So sorry to hear of her passing. Sincere sympathy to you and your family.

To Jeff, John and David, I will have many memories of your Mom having been next door neighbours for many years on Jefferson Blvd.  I can still hear her voice calling your all in for dinner and being so understanding of the ice rink growing each winter to take up the entire back yard. Dear John & family,
I am sorry to hear of your loss.  It has been many years but I always remember your mothers warm smile & happy welcome every time I walked in the house back on Jefferson.  My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time.

Madge was a good Children's Aid Social Worker, She worked hard and had a great sense of humour. I always remember the time she and I had to attend a performance at a local strip club in an attempt to locate a child's missing mother. My sympathies to her family and friends.

Madge was a good neighbour as well as a good friend to those of us here on the 7th floor of the Bayview Tower. Her sense of humour was spirited and uplifting. Our deepest sympathies go out to her family during this difficult time. She will be sorely missed by all of us.
