A great man I was fortunate to see on several occasions and I will always remember his smile and words of wisdom and experience he shared with me and my family. I was shocked to hear of Nenad's passing. We weren't close, but we hit it off immediately when he did some work for me in Riverside a number of years ago. I was impressed by his friendliness, fairness, and the pride he took in his workmanship. I offer my most sincere condolences to his family and friends.

Nenad was truly a fine gentleman. It is a shock he left us so soon. Please accept my deepest condolences.

My deepest sympathies for the family and friends of this wonderful man. Nenad has been a friend for many years.  His honesty, integrity and the fearless way he spoke has been an inspiration to me and all who knew him.  He went from being my apprentice to someone I called upon for advice and he was always there for me.  My prayers are with you as you go through this time of grieving and I hope you can draw on some of the strength that streamed out of my very good friend.

Our deepest sympathies to his children and family.  Whenever we would see Nenad he would always speak so proudly of his children.  He had a true zest for life and loved to keep himself fit and active.  Rest in peace my friend, you will be missed.

No one can prepare you for a loss. However, take comfort in knowing that Nenad is now resting in the arms of our Lord. When we lose a loved one here on earth, we gain an angel in heaven that watches over us. May you take comfort in knowing that you have an angel to watch over you now. A person that departs from this earth never truly leaves, for they are still alive in our hearts and minds, through us, they live on. This man gave me my first job cutting your grass when I was thirteen. He gave me such sincere and wise advice on growing up properly and honourably, My heart is heavy for his family and friends but I am so glad to have known Nenad and been his friend for many years. My condolences to all. A true mentor and friend to me always.

A man of integrity and a mentor with a great sense of humor. I learned a lot working with him. Nenad will be missed and not ever forgotten.

My sincere sympathy to Nenad's family.  I had him do many plumbing repairs for me, and had many great conversations with him.  He spoke of his homeland Serbia often when he did repairs at my in-law's dairy farm and how he grew up with dairy cows.  He was a kind and caring man. Rest in peace Nenad.

My heart is sadden by the sudden death of a wonderful man, caring, loving just an exceptionally person to have known.  My thoughts & prayers are with his children & family members at the difficult time in life.

I was saddened to hear that Nenad had passed. We chatted many times at the Vollmer Complex mainly about Football (soccer). A true gentleman who will be missed. My condolences to the Family.

I have known Nenad since he came to Canada and barely spoke English. He was eager to learn and to adapt to his new country. We shared a life together for a short time and there were happy and sad times. I will remember the happy times.

My condolences to the Jokic family.  I had work done in my home by Nenad only a few weeks ago. I was shocked to learn of his passing. He always passed along life lessons while performing his work.  I will miss this.

Friends for almost forty years since you came to Canada.  We will miss your infectious smile and your zest for life. Known to our family as the self-proclaimed "Serbian Shark".  Rest well my friend.

Nenad was a customer at WFS for many years and he was always very happy and outgoing. Always offering chocolate or fruit. He was very proud of being made of Serbian Steel and he would always tell us stories of his "Tata". His outgoing and friendly personality will be missed by many people. He was more than just a customer, he was our friend. My condolences to his family.
