Ross Henry Chadwick

68 years. Passed away on April 5, 2014 with family by his side. Beloved husband and best friend of the late Louise Chadwick (Matteau)(2012) for 48 years. Son of Harry (1989) and Catherine (1991) Chadwick, Son-in-Law of Joe (1996) and Kay (1986) Matteau. Father of Sherri and Richard Fortin and Debbi and Roger Beaupre. Grandfather of Cassandra Chadwick, Amber Stade (Winnipeg, MB), Alexandrea Valley, Alysia Chadwick, and Kalsey Adjin. Great-Grandfather of Nevea Stade (Winnipeg, MB) and Paityn Valley. Brother of Jerry Chadwick and Bill (Dorothy) Chadwick. Brother-in-law of Mary & Earl Ouellette, Roger & Irene Matteau (Ft Myers, FL). Good friend of Ken Reaume and adopted as dad to many including Liz Tupling, Denise Shura, Tammy and Dave Manicom and Tammy and Michael Reid. Will be greatly missed by his faithful four legged companion Missy. Ross retired from Chrysler Plant #3 in 2006 where he worked for 38 years. He was a former member of the Windsor Action PPC team and a Safety instructor at the club and a lifetime member of S.A.S.S. Ross enjoyed his years with Wolverine Rangers playing cowboy but had changed over to golf in the recent years and was looking forward to getting out onto the golf course after this long winter to try his new club. Visitation will be held at Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 895 Ouellette Avenue (519-254-3223) on Tuesday from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the Anderson Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow with inurnment at Heavenly Rest Cemetery at a later date.
