73 years. Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family and friends on February 7,2017. Beloved father of Kira and Brian. Devoted step father of Ashley, George and Aaron Vankoughnett. Brother of Denis Carnochan of Wabasca. Wayne is pre-deceased by his parents, Harold Carnochan (1979) and Phyllis Carnochan (2001). Wayne also leaves behind his grandchildren. Also left behind are his two great loves, Charlie and Roxie our Jack Russells. Wayne will be missed by many friends. He touched the heart of each of us in that special way that only he could. Wayne was an avid gardener who loved being outdoors. Everyone will always remember his grass and how beautiful he kept it. Playing his guitar with his friends was one of the things he was most passionate about and loved. It brought great joy to all of us. If there was a Nascar race on, you could always count Wayne in to be there. Wayne is retired from C.I.B.C. after 24 years. His spirit will live on and his memory will remain eternal.
