Peacefully on May 6, 2013 at Windsor Regional Hospital Metropolitan Campus at the age of 85. Beloved husband of Delphine for 59 years. Loving father of Laura Jo, William “Billy” (Roseann Danese) and wonderful gramps to Ian William and Sarah Marie. Dear brother of Dorothy Andrews and the late Florence Koren, Marjorie LeBlanc, Arthur Meeke. Survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Bill was a local musician for over 60 years, known for playing the Saxophone and Clarinet. He served in the Royal Canadian Electrical Engineers Core and was Drum Major for the R.C.E.M.E marching band. Family and friends are invited to visit at the Walter D. Kelly Life Celebration Centre (1969 Wyandotte St. E, Windsor 519-252-5711) on Thursday, May 9th, 2013 from 7-9pm. The funeral service will take place on Friday, May 10, 2013, 1:00pm at the funeral home.
